To Whom It May Concern: fully reporting and currently trading OTCBB company is looking for an acquisition/merger candidate ASAP. 95% of company to be delivered. Company has 1,500 + shareholders and will "accomodate" new managements wishes regarding the float, shares issued, etc. The company will entertain serious cash offers of $400,000 + only and require a 50% non-refundable deposit placed in an escrow account with the balance to be delivered at closing. Venture Capital Resource, Ltd (VCR) is the exclusive representative of this company and all proceeds from the sale will be issued in the name of VCR or as directed by VCR. How can I be a stock holder in this company that is seeking a buyer. What is it's symbol? Where do I need to go or what do I need to do to be a shareholder?
