I am currently in the proccess of looking for private companies that are interested in merger or acquisition into a currently traded fast but stable growing public company. r u still looking for private companies that want to go public? I am the co-founder of a company looking to do just that. We have a $10M best efforts offering being sold by an investment firm and broker dealer willing to underwrite. We are looking for a clean non-reporting shell. Please let me know if you are still in the market for a merger
