Hi!
Im very new to investing and not really sure when to buy a shell company. What is the effect of a reverse stock split to the shell stock that im holding? Is it good to buy before or after the reverse split? thanks!

is it true that when a company gives a dividend the stock price will go down? if so, will it come back to the original price or close to it? thanks!!!
