Many rumours concerning Asia American Petroleum (AAPU) - now on the gray sheets - and Acell Enery (ACY-F in Germany) as being close to merging. AAPU is the shell and the research I've done is that they want to hit the AMEX exchange in the near future.
Can anyone add some additional infomation? Thanks.
