Envit Captial website up with this:
June 2008 Boston: Envit Capital, LLC has acquired Fortel, Inc. Fortel publicly trades under the sumbol FRTL or FRTL.PK. The company voluntarily filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California after close of the markets on March 17, 2003. The Chapter 7 case was closed effectively on 3-17-06. Fortel, Inc was formally located at 46832 Lakeview Boulevard Fremont, CA 94538.

I've found conflicting info on whether or not Envit Capital merged into FRTL:
Envit Capital has FRTL listed on their website. But they have it listed under "Portfolio Companies & Partners", which suggests to me that it is a shell they are holding. http://www.envitcapital.com/about_11.aspx Wikipedia article that says Envit Capital merged into FRTL, but anyone can write anything they want on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Michael_Laborio PinkSheets.com listing for FRTL that says it is “A Holding Company for financial entities, investor partnerships and asset management subsidiaries” which suggests that FRTL could be Envit Capital, and lists the Envit Capital website. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=frtl
