Appears they have signed an LOI with Galen Capital Corporation. UKMA will issue enough stock so that GCC will own 95% of the stock. So with over 50mil shares currently outstanding, it is possible they may issue over 1 billion new shares. But not sure since the details of the deal are not discussed.
