I understand that a 'c ' corporation can go public on Pink Sheet even with limited information theoretically with the help of market maker. Then why do people still want to buy Shell ? Thanks

Anyone going public would need to consult an expert/professional in going public and reverse mergers to determine which would be the best way for them to go public in their specific circumstances (I am neither an expert nor professional).
Some argue that buying a public shell is quicker than registering a new stock and creating a market. I’m sure there are other reasons as well.
