I have access to a soon to be fully reporting and trading otcbb shell through an sb2 registration. company has 40 shareholders about 5M issued with 1M in float, all available to buyer. What would this be worth in open market?

I have recently seen shells going from $200,000 to $500,000. It just depends on several other factors ... how clean, how many shares in the float, what kind of deal is going into the shell, etc.
There is nothing concrete in valuing a shell ... it is very subjective.

jmaui...
I have someone interested in the shell. It's an oil and gas deal that will have $175 Million in revenues by the end of the year. There are two private oil and gas companies that are merging... You can actually make more on this one by taking an equity position and cashing out at the end of the year. A cash dividend is going to be made too...
