Where can I get a list of all Shell companies?

I am specifically looking for shell companies with no debt, and some cash. Is there a good way to screen for these type of companies? How can I get an exhaustive list of all shell companies?

I know there is a check box on the front of financials that states whether they are considered a shell, but I can't seem to find a good way to screen for this. I have access to all of the major screening tools...

I'm working on a project that will do what you want. I have not set the release date. More to come later.

Currently, the only way to find a list of shells by owner would be to search the SEC filings.

In addition, we also provide going public services with an SEC Lawyer contact for $15,000 upfront which goes in escrow and funds are paid for specific invoices, $15,000 at the time of submitting to a Market Maker, and $10,000 upon receiving your trading symbol. Where might I find a list of SPACs? Is there a material difference between a SPAC and a shell? (sorry for what may very well be an uneducated inquiry)
